The SUBLIMOTION-process® is a brand new, innovative technique that guarantees a result which until today cannot be matched by existing techniques. The SUBLIMOTION-process® conditions the surfaces of stainless steel constructions and components in such a way that the surface roughness and topography are drastically improved, without causing any damage or deformation, so that, among other things, its cleanability and hygienic properties are greatly enhanced.

The surface qualities of stainless steels after treatment with the SUBLIMOTION-process® particularly benefit sectors such as the pharmaceutical, cosmetic and food industries, where the hygienic requirements are much greater than in other sectors. ACQUA-SYSTEMS replaced the shower systems and the sensors in collaboration with Roelofsen Installation from Opheusden. We used our built-in sensors, Solid Touch built-in. We also replaced the shower system with our Solid shower system. These sensors are, of course, vandal-proof and durable. After installation, the customer has nothing to worry about. Should something happen, we will solve the problem within 24 hours. This is a reassurance for the customer. ACQUA-SYSTEMS has installed sensors at van de Berg's meat feeders. These vandal-proof sensors were installed in the floor. Solid systems is a shower system developed by acqua systems. Up to six showers can be installed on the system. If a shower is not used for a certain period of time, the shower will automatically open with mixed water, so that the water does not stand still for too long, which could lead to the development of legionella. The flushing is done with mixed water, but we can also flush with hot water. The system is very easy to install.
The system consists of a splashproof cabinet. A power supply, and an IO board for the solenoid valves.
The whole system is prepared at Acqua-Systems so that the customer only has to connect the sensor and the solenoid valves.
As an option, a temperature logging system can be installed so that the temperatures can be logged. This system can be placed on the network, or we can put the data in the Cloud so that you can view the file anywhere.
Acqua-Systems is now testing temperature sensors on our units, so the system is becoming more and more complete.
